I-69 Corridor :
Reynosa is in the middle of corridor I-69, the shortest route between the US’s industrial northeast and the largest markets in central Mexico.

Close to the Principal Markets:
The area should also be considered as a good place to locate national distribution centers. These centers could source from Asia, Europe, Mexico center, South America and US. The commercial flow on the NAFTA route has grown 117% in the last 10 years.

• There are 4 main highways which connect us with the rest of Mexico and US.

  • Currently the City of Reynosa has a total of 10 Industrial Parks located within the city. In total there are 2,730 acres of land dedicated to Industrial Parks and 90% of the parks are Industrial/Manufacturing. Also, there are 3 Parks currently under construction adding additional space within the city of Reynosa.
  • 10 Industrial Parks through out the city with 90% of the Maquila Industry.
  • All together make up 1,105 hectares (2,730 acres)
